Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Cancel within that window from your account or by contacting us, and you receive a full refund.

Full refund. Cancel free of charge and we'll refund the entire amount paid.

Within 48 hours of check-in

One night's tariff (including taxes and service charges) is retained; any balance is refunded.

No-show

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund is due.

On or after check-in

Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified once the check-in date and time on your Hotel Confirmation Voucher has passed.

How to cancel

From your account, sign in, open My Bookings, choose the reservation, and select cancel. This option is available while you are inside the free-cancellation window.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are made to your original payment method.
Refunds are initiated promptly once a cancellation is confirmed; the time for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–7 business days.
All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
All times refer to destination time (IST, the time at the hotel).

Special rates & peak periods

Certain promotional rates, festival-season stays (such as Braj Holi and Janmashtami), and group bookings may carry a different or non-refundable cancellation policy. Where this applies, it is clearly stated at the time of booking and takes precedence over the standard policy above.

Modifications

To change your dates, room, or guest count, please contact the front desk before your check-in date. Changes are subject to availability and any difference in tariff.
