What is included in the tour packages?
Every package includes your stay, a welcome drink on arrival, daily breakfast for two per room, two bottles of water each day, complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioned transport for the sightseeing, and a certified local tour guide. Dinner is included on the tour packages for double occupancy.
Is the tour guide really complimentary?
Yes. A certified local guide accompanies every package at no extra cost. Our guides are residents of Braj and lifelong devotees, so they know the temples, timings, and stories intimately.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
The package rates shown are indicative and exclude GST, which is applied as per government rules. Please confirm the current all-in price with our reservations team when you enquire.
Can I customise the itinerary or the number of days?
Absolutely. We tailor itineraries from a single night upward, add stops such as Govardhan parikrama or the Yamuna aarti, and adjust the pace to suit your group. Tell us what you have in mind and we will build the plan around you.
Do you offer group or family rates?

What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your check-in date, with a full refund. Within that window, one night's tariff is retained, and no-shows are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for the full terms.
Which currency and payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR). In-house forex services are available at the front desk. You can pay online securely or, where offered, settle at the hotel.
Is pickup and drop included?
Yes, the tour packages include pickup from and drop to Mathura railway station, along with air-conditioned transport for the sightseeing on each day of the tour.
Can the temples or stops change during the tour?
Tour itineraries are indicative. Temples and stops may be added or adjusted for traffic, festivals, and temple timings. We confirm the detailed plan with you before booking.
Is the hotel and food vegetarian?
Yes. Kridha Residency is a pure-vegetarian hotel, in keeping with the sanctity of Vrindavan. Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are not served or permitted on the premises.
