These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.kridharesidency.com and your stay at Kridha Residency, A Boutique Hotel, Vrindavan. By making a reservation you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Reservations & pricing

• All room rates displayed on our website are all-inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation (a Hotel Confirmation Voucher) by email with a unique confirmation code.
• Rates, offers, and availability may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to your reservation.
• For group or private company bookings, please call us or speak to our front desk for specific group rates.

Payment & currency

• We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) only. In-house forex services are available at the front desk.
• Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You may also choose to pay at the hotel, where offered, at the time of booking.
• There are no hidden fees on top of the listed price.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon (destination time, IST). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
• Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. You may show your booking confirmation on your phone along with your ID; a printed receipt is not required.
• As per government regulations, ID for all occupying guests is required. Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.

Cancellation & refunds

Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified on or after the check-in date and time stated in your Hotel Confirmation Voucher.

House rules & guest conduct

• Kridha Residency is a pure-vegetarian establishment. Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and any intoxicants are not permitted on the premises, in keeping with the sanctity of Vrindavan.
• Smoking is not permitted in rooms or indoor common areas.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings; please use the in-room safety facilities where provided.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest may be charged to that guest.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone whose conduct is disorderly, unlawful, or disturbs other guests.

Liability

The hotel takes reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable stay. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except to the extent caused by our proven negligence, and subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
